TICEL Bio Park Ltd. is a unit of Tamilnadu Industrial Development
Corporation Ltd. (TIDCO),
a State Government undertaking. TIDEL Park Ltd, Indian Bank, Karur Vysya
Bank and Bharat
Overseas Bank are the Co-Promoters.

Govt initiatives to Spur growth:
The Govt of Tamilnadu has conferred the status of
Research & Development institution to TICEL. TNEB has extended
to TICEL the Power tariff applicable to
R&D Institution to promote growth of
Biotechnology R&D in TN.
